1. Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Perishable goods, personalized items, and items on sale are not eligible for return.
Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@sweetandpetit.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
2. Refunds
Eligibility:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Perishable goods such as food items.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
3. Exchanges
Eligibility:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@sweetandpetit.com.au with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
Process:
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. However, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
4. Shipping
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Shipping:
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@sweetandpetit.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
